These are indeed challenging times. Fortunately, the field of science investigating human wellbeing has much to teach us from the evidence that has been collected over the last several decades. Through this research we have developed and tested models, theories, and frameworks that breakdown the key components of flourishing, resilient lives.

In February 2020, I completed my Master’s in Science in Applied Positive Psychology with a specialty in growth through adversity. Little did I know how much that would come in handy in the years since then! I am a certified coach with almost a decade of experience working with a variety of clients and organizations. In that time, I have helped countless individuals get unstuck, find inner resources they didn’t know they had and transform their lives. Now I feel compelled to share what I know, I’m so excited to bring forward this work in this way, it is truly a dream come true for me.

Using my academic, practical, and personal experience, I have created a wellbeing toolkit boosting course to help you gain the knowledge and understanding to create your own set of resources customized to who you are and what you need. In the design of the course, I have used the evidence-based field of Positive Psychology and the models developed within it to put together a practical and customizable wellbeing toolkit that can be adapted to address your needs and meet the challenges we are facing. I will also draw on my own experience to show you how these tools are used in a practical and tangible way. There will be live demonstrations and lots of interactive learning.

During this 6-week course you will learn how to:

• Find the best sources of strength for you, how to access and use them
• Avoid getting hijacked by your emotions and instead turn them into wisdom and insight
• Prepare to turn life’s challenges into sources of growth
• Heal from past hurts and find more peace
• Learn about some of the universal superpowers, like gratitude, and how to put them to work to achieve goals

The course will consist of six 1.5-hour sessions on Tuesday evenings every other week. There will be “homework” to do in between each session. The course will be highly customized with a mix of presented material, practical tools, and individual/group work all in a safe and supported environment. There is a very limited number of spots so please book early.
